Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped for a flat rate of $40 within the United States.
• Shipping times may vary based on order volume and carrier delays. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Tariff Fee
• If an item is not in stock at the time of purchase, a $35 tariff fee will be added to your total.
• This fee is non-refundable and covers additional handling and import-related costs.

Returns & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
• Please review your order carefully (item, size, color, and shipping information) before completing your purchase.

Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order upon delivery (wrong item received or significant damage in transit), please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review on a case-by-case basis.
• Approval of any resolution is at our sole discretion.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at eroshairbeautycustomerservice@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
